Samsung Smart TV unable to Auto Log-In to Netflix

Couple of days ago signed up for the month's free trial of Netflix, and watched a movie. But since then, when I click on the Netflix app it still keeps inviting me to sign up for the free trial - the 'Sign In' panel is greyed-out. The only way in is via my browser and entering my e-mail and Password manually each time I want to view something. Don't have this problem with my synched laptop.

Copied the URL of the Netflix listings page from my laptop into Samsung browser, logged in as requested, and now each time I quit and re-enter the app, I'm straight in without having to log-in.

Please try making sure everything is up to date on the unit. You can try resetting the smart hub and television as well. If the symptoms persist after this, reach out to us directly at qasupport@sea.samsung.com
