Samsung will walk you through firmware checks, connections, resets and if it fails it could be hardware related. At over 32 inches in the USA it's fixed in the home.
I have just bought a samsung 48ju6000 48 inch uhd 4k smart tv and am unable to set up the smart hub, as it stalls on downloading the terms and conditions.
There is nothing wrong with my broadband speed and I have tried manually resetting the DNS server to 8888 and 4221 as suggested elsewhere. Has anyone got any other ideas?
