Samsung smart Tv not playing Netflix

I have a Samsung smart Tv model UA40H4203 - when I play Netflix I keep receiving the 'We're having trouble playing this title...' message. I've contacted my internet provider, Netflix, followed all steps, changed the DNS server to 8888 but with no change. The date and time on the tv are fine. Any other suggestions?

what I mean has it been working then stopped or have you had the problem since you got the tv? How far is the tv from the router? is the tv connected wireless or wire? did your internet provider to a power cycle on your router and modem? did you try resetting the tv to factory and reset it up? what about other streaming services on the tv? do you have problems with them. try one of the free ones like youtube.

It wasn't working then stopped. I tried restarting via the Hub as suggested. The TV is hard wired and still not able to play the titles. I'll try to contact Samsung. Thank you for your help!

look up if you haven't updated any software of Netflix or Samsung smart tv
