Question

samsung smart tv keypad

Hi to you all,

Can anyone help please.

I purchased a samsung smart tv model number UE46D6530 in 2011.

I would like to know if there is a qwerty keypad available to make it easier to use the internet.

Thanks
BW

Re: Samsung Smart TV Keypad

Hey bw221010

For the 2011 models, if it supported a QWERTY remote then it generally came with one. However, I must admit admit that I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So I could be wrong on it, but if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung UK portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE46D6530WKXXU

Hope this helps you!

Samsung Smart TV Keypad

Hi HD Tech,

Thanks very much for your response. I forgot to say that I am in the UK and you are correct the TV is for the UK market.

I did contact Samsung UK about six months ago but they informed me that there is not a qwerty keypad available for my model.

I have heard that the keypads are available from the far east but that they do not work with all models.

Once again thank you for your help and I will try to the link that you suggested.

Cheers BW
