This has been going on since I got this TV for X-mas. Just disappointed that these feature don't work like I thought they would. Could it be my internet?
Frankly why not make it a warranty or reason for return? They goofed up again.

I'm sorry to hear this! There's a couple of things that you can do to try to resolve this:
First, Make sure that everything is up to date with your firmware.
