Samsung Smart TV Evolution Kit?

so i just thought about this evolution kit samsung says will upgrade your tv to future models. simply by inserting a card and will upgrade the dual core to quad and such right?i dont have the tv but i'm interested. the card cant really upgrade the processor i think what is does is enable the two other cores. to basically its a quad core but it has 2 cores disabled? im confused. any comments anyone?
