Question

Samsung Smart TV Error Message "Network Interference

Apr 15, 2015 7:38AM PDT

When I connect to Netflix or Youtube or any other pre-loaded apps through the smarthub, I get an error message "network interference occured, please try again later."

I know for sure that my wifi works, LAN adapter works, software up to date, and I am able to connect to my Samsung account from my smart tv. I am also able to login to Netflix but ONLY if I connect through the Ad link (far left hand boc). But when I try to connect from my preloaded apps to Netflix or any other app, I get the same error message. It's been down for the past 5 days. I've talked to Samsun Tech support 3 times, AT&T twice. It's a WiFi connection. Any suggestions??

There are some thousand posts about use 8.8.8.8 for the DNS. Try that. As to WiFi, get wired to be sure.

Joosna,

Have you tried updating the firmware? Make sure you check our website to make sure that there has been no updates released as for some of the units they no longer release the updates over the network.
