Did you try the usual DNS change?
As to your other questions I defer to Samsung.
In Jan 2014 we bought a Samsung Smart HDTV UN40EH5300F from Costco. Until about 4 weeks ago the browser worked well, but then it suddenly stopped accessing the coursera.org website, saying "Server not found". Depending on who answers, Samsung says, most recently, they upgraded their security, and so now our now set's browser can't get this website. We are very upset because taking courses on this website was our primary motivation for buying the set. Why would an "Update" degrade the service? Any suggestions? We have spent many hours on the phone with both Samsung and Costco, so far to no avail.
On google.com I can type "How to use the Google DNS?"
Samsung tech support had me change my DNS server to 188.8.131.52 and it was set to 192.168.1.1 (my router). Their solution worked. My prior setting was working just fine so I do not know what changed. However changing it to the Google DNS server worked.
is a common refrain but I take it Samsung's support didn't note that.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
