Question

Samsung Smart TV Browser How to add input languages?

I own Samsung 40inch UN40EH5300 Smart TV- how can I add to the input languages on Samsung browser.

I click on the globe icon and only see English, Spanish, French.

I want to add Chinese input like you use on Samsung mobile phones-

Samsung customer service did not answer this question.a

Thanks.

Re: Samsung Smart TV Browser How to add input languages?

Ssvinth,

As far as I know, this isn't possible since the TVs are regionalized, and this model is regionalized to North America. Sorry.

Why not do an firmware upgrade or app download to solve?

I am considering returning this TV due to this problem. Why not offer an app for the Smart Tv's or offer a firmware update to those who want it?
Thanks.
