I'm very sorry what to hear about. Not sure what the problem could be, but let's eliminate possibilities. Does this happen with any other app or with normal cable TV or a Blu-ray player? Also, what's the firmware version of your TV and the Netflix app version?

I recently purchased a Samsung UN50ES6500 Smart tv and when I am watching Netflix it freezes up. Usually after about 30 minutes. I stream using Charter internet service running 30 mps. When it freezes the remote control will not work and I have to get out of Netflix using the toggle on the back of the T.V. What is the problem?
