Question

samsung smart tv allshare question

Sep 6, 2012 7:41AM PDT

when streaming music from my laptop, the album track order is rearranged alphabetically. Can this be changed so that it plays the album tracks in the correct album order ? and if yes, how do you change it ?
The album tracks are listed and play in the correct order through itunes and windows media player on laptop, its only when they are streamed through the allshare that they are then listed and played alphabetically.

Answer
For DLNA "The sort order is actually specified by the client

If the DLNA server however is busted then you report that to the author. Since this is allshare, then you call Samsung to report the bug and ask for when it will get fixed.

Hey tonymcmc,

If you could give me to complete model code for the TV, I'll look into this for you.
