Samsung smart TV 46" L.E.D

UE46f5300AK SAMSUNG SMART TV when you click onto menu the broadcasting option is shaded out so I can up date channels or retune etc. I have tried a different arial and still no joy.. Also it's set on the right source (tv freeview)
