Browser Limitations

Have you been streaming videos on the webs browser? If so, this could be the cause of why the browser is crashing. Due to the limited buffer memory you may not be able to stream video or audio from websites through the browser. The most common indication is to start media content and it will play for about 10 - 15 minutes and then the web browser will close unexpectedly. Many sites that offer streaming offer an app in the Samsung app store that is optimized for streaming to a TV, if no app is available that would be content that you would be unable to view on the television. Because it is crashing as soon as you click on the app, you may need to reinstall the application. Once reinstalled remember not to stream through the browser and that should resolve this from occurring again.

Hope this helps!
