samsung sgh-x530 photo download

hello
last june (2007) i bought a samsung sgh-x530. i used the camera to take several photos.

one photo, the last photo of my husband with his father (deceased) is on the phone (not the sim) and i cannot download it. when i click on download the screen message reads 'image too big'. why is this image too big when other ones are not?
some people have said that i need a special cable, that not longer exists.

i ONLY care about this photo.

i have written several times to samsung.com and they do not respond.

I also have a samsung I like it but I get the to big to be displayed on the web certain pages and pictures well i am unable to send any of the states configuration error

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
