1. Ask for a one time extension.
2. Just extend the warranty. OOW (out of warranty) repairs are causing folk to melt down.
My samsung 7150 tv came with standard remote and a smart control. The standard remote BN59-011798 completely stopped working. The smart hub worked until today, then quit too. Now I have no way to control tv. I chatted with Samsung tech, and ran several tests that determined that the tv bluetooth is no longer working to communicate with the remotes. The warranty expired 10 days ago. Is there any thing that I can do to repair this? Do I have any recourse?
