Question

Samsung Series 7 3d glasses sync issue

Hi guys,

Just now bought new Samsung 7series 40 inch tv with 2 pair of glasses.

My problem is i cant able to sync my 3d glasses with TV, it often gets switched off.

Can somebody help me in this regard.

Bluetooth?

I think that you are perhaps using the new Bluetooth Glasses and not The Active Shutter Glasses that are the right ones for your TV. Please Check if they are Bluetooth.

hi shaun,

not sure it is a bluetooth glasses,

but it is a 3D Active glasses mentioned in the packing box.

Model number for the glasses are SSG-2100AB/XS.

They are the correct Glasses for that TV, Now how are you viewing the 3D image from, Blu-Ray or Saterlite?

Hi My tv model number is UA40C7000

and the Mode number for 3D glasses is SSG-2100AB/XS
