samsung serie 6 - problem to watch HD canal in MPEGA format

I have a Samsung series 6 TV, Model LE40A656A, and I can't watch a TV Chanel in format HD 'mpeg4'.
I need a solution.

Clarification Request
Need a few details.

Since no TV station or channel broadcasts in mpeg4 I would have to guess there is not a TV Channel involved at all but some file in mpeg4 format that doesn't play.

Let's lead with this. If it doesn't play then the encoding is not supported. There are long discussions about encoding so I won't repeat that here but point to any manual and see what is supported.

For further details:

The site of the Channel that say: "To catch the signal of this new channel, you nee a TV with HD 'mpeg4' format aces" ....."if you don't see this channel , your TV is not manufactured to receive 'HD mpeg 4' format.

Because my TV manual say that my Samsung can get 'mpeg 3' format, I understand that this is the problem. Or not? need help!!!!!!

At this point you need to find support in your country. See if there is a Samsung office there.
