Help my Smasung Seek Sprint phone is frozen. Can anyone help? Removing battery didn't work.

Here in my town,

There are more Sprint stores than Starbucks in Seattle.

True.. but....

True, but not all of them have a repair center within the shop. Usually if you call any of the Sprint stores, they will have a list of local Sprint stores that also have a repair center within the store.

I may be luckier.

Even if the ones don't have the repair shop, they seem to have twice daily shipping to/from a central depot. If you are REALLY lucky there's a guru in the shop that can reset it or such and get you back on line. When one of mine dropped out it was the guru that reset and then went huh? ran to some terminal on the counter, asked a few account questions, re-activated something and in 50 seconds my phone went back online.
