Apr 16, 2018 4:52AM PDT

Every so many copies, I'm getting a sheet that says INternal Error - Including corrupted data
position: 0 x 39efb (237307)

It is wasting a large amount of paper what do I need to do to stop this from happening?

Buying a new printer helps.
You can ask Samsung customer service how much a repair would cost and decide then.

Remember.... Not that model

But something similar happened years ago on another model. It was very hard to track down as it was on a network and didn't happen to all users. Finally we kept a log and found out it was just certain users. Looking at the printer driver versions we guessed it was that. We removed the old printer drivers and installed the same as the others and the problem almost went away.

The last machine was being hard but I chatted with IT how printing works in Windows. In short the video driver is also used during printing and they took that idea to update that last PC's video driver and the problem was never seen again.
