My post "SAMSUNG SALES DEFECTIVE HDTVS" was locked because of the favor this Samsung forum show to the company. Little old me is just only one person with a legimate complaint for all consumers, right? I am one of the many people Samsung has refused to help with their defective HDTVs, long hold times for repair support, & horrible customer service. I asked for help in the post & did not get a simple 'we will review the case for you" in return. Mark, you may delete the post for all I care. Word of mouth is stronger than any other form of delivering this message. This is my other way that I will use to get my point across without this forum. Thanks for allowing me to post briefly on this forum. This is my last ever post, period, on this entire Cnet forum site. I will let others know this is not the forum to go to for help with Samsung products as well.
