Most things lose support when you cross borders. So check with Sam if they do the usual.
I want to share why this is. It's really simple.
You bought it in some country and part of that sale went to the support in that country. Now a newbie may exclaim Samsung is a global company and be right but be unaware that countries do not allow a global company to most money around the globe freely.
So your support is in the country of purchase. Simple.
i brought my s7 edge from uae,currently using it in india. The problem i am facing it i can't use samsung pay.when i searched for answers.they told me to install indian firmware to my mobile which is available in sam mobile.my major doubt is will i get support and update for my phone when i flash the indian firmware in my mobile which is brought from uae.
