Samsung S6 Android Voice to Text Capitalizes ENTIRE word, regardless of keyboard

When I dictate example: I am not going to the store..
It comes back as I am NOT going to the store
Does not matter if I use Samsung or Swiftkey keyboard nor which email or the stock messenger app

Thoughts?

Thanks
Peter

"Caps <word>" - Type with an initial capital
"Caps On" - Start typing words with initial capitals
"Caps Off" - Start typing words without initial capitals

Try "All Caps Off <word>" as well.

I am however running into folk that can't accept this is buggy.

Capitalizing certain words voice to text
by pcumming / January 21, 2016 5:04 AM PST

Funny how it only picks the word "NOT" to capitalize in a sentence.
Wish I could eliminate it, but....
Not sure why it picked that word
I cleared some cache and some predictive text setting and tried a different keyboard but no luck

Thanks

Definitely some bug.

These tend to be specific to the OS issued for a carrier or device. I can't replicate it here across the handful of Androids at the office (we write apps) so it's time to ask the carrier or maker to fix or replace the phone.

My bet is they'll do a factory reset. Hope you have your stuff on backups.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
