Samsung S6 Active

Very disappointed in the actives! My husband is a retired Vet and is very active so I thought it would be the perfect phone for him so we got him the S5 Active. IN less than 3 months it fell from his back pocket and the screen shattered. after waiting to have the money to file a claim at the first of this we sent in the claim, paid the $150.00 and he was sent the S6 Active. I did not give it to him until I bought and put it into an Otterbox Defender Case. That was the 3rd of this month (Feb 2016). This morning when he headed off to work the screen on his phone does not work at all. The phone has not come out of the case and has not been dropped. I'm super upset an disappointed. Now I guess I have to shell out another $150.00 for a phone that just stopped working after only 2 weeks!! I will never buy a Samsung again. Has this happened to anyone else?

sorry about the errors in the post, lol must have been to mad to proof read!
The phone does make and receive calls...but you can't see who is calling and calls are impossible to make because you can't see the key pad or the phone book.
We did try resetting the phone, but nothing changed.  Still no screen (just blank)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
