Anyone using samsung rugby II for their business especially the PTT function. Do you receive missed push to talk alerts on your phone?

While I've seen the model in question I have seen a change in user expectations over the years. Today folk are expecting the messages to always get delivered.

The problem is when you are talking on the phone and someone PTT to you it leaves a missed PTT message and silences all PTT transmissions until the message is accepted. If you dont realize you have a missed PTT you are left out of communication with everyone else. Samsung has no idea what to do to fix this. Thanks for your response this is my first time on CNET

If the product does not do what you want and the cellular carrier won't fix it, change.

I've yet to find a perfect PTT solution.
