But cameras take not only the interface but mechanical mounting so I'm going with no. There are way too many hurdles so I'd not do this.
The j7 prime front camera needs almost full sun in order to take a clear non grainy picture. I've tried numerous apps, and the results are pretty much the same no matter what. Poor quality grainy photos. My camera phone from 2003 took better pictures. The sensor they use in the j7 prime front camera is just really poor quality and there's nothing that can be done from a programming standpoint.
However, the reviews I've read suggest the samsung j7 prime is just a cheaper copy of the samsung s6. From the pictures, the front oem cameras of both phones look compatible (the pins for connection look identical), but I'm not a phone tech expert so Idk how compatible these parts actually are.
I would appreciate any insight, anyone can give me, into how samsung cameras integrate into the phones programming and if (beyond a size issue) that just plugging a new better camera in would solve my poor camera quality issue.
Thanks
