So I sent in my 4 month old J3 because it kept saying it was overheating, even when the phone was not hot.

I was told my LCD was broken- after finally getting a hold of a technician, they were like " Oh yeah it looks like it wasnt broken youre right, your repair is covered"

No I am being told it has liquid damage! WTH! If normal use causes liquid damage enough to void a warranty, they are purposefully choosing to use a warranty measurement method that puts the consumer at a high extreme damage.

My phone has never been damaged.
