Please,Please help.We purchased a refrigerator on 29/05/2009 it has a two year warranty.The refrigerator does not work at all and we contacted Samsung on the 4th August 2010.4 months on and after 4 service visits and 3 different parts we still do not a refrigertor that works.We have sent numerous e-mails and phone calls asking for a replacement and get nowhere please ,please please what else can i do .Xmas is coming up and we have nowhere to put our xmas food shopping
