Samsung Rear Speaker Issues

Hi,
I just purchased a Samsung HW-K850/ZA Sound Bar and also 2 Radiant 360 R1 rear speakers. I told the folks I had no smart phone or smart TV, and they said all I would have to do is download software to a laptop that is WiFi and I could set it up from there. I called Samsung Support and they say this is not true. The salesman also told me that I could use anybody's smartphone to set up the app, and after the speakers were connected, I wouldn't need the phone anymore. Samsung tells me this is also false? So, I am returning these WAM 1500 Radiant R1 360's and would like to know if there are other compatible rear speakers that would auto connect like the Sub-whoofer does? Samsung support mentioned SWA 8000's but were not sure if they would work or how good they were. Ideas please? I love the sound bar, but really wanted rear speakers and they were out of stock on the other sound bar that came with matching rear speakers Sad

You get pre-sales support from the seller or maker. In the USA that's 1800SAMSUNG and other countries the number is found at samsung.com

Be sure to return the sound bar until you get a clear answer.

Thanks for the clarification. I realized that after I posted and did call support.
I am returning the sound bar due to the fact I was given false info on this one from the dealer.
