It may be that a software update is required for the phone to be able to upload pictures. If the service is not available, it may be an issue that you want to bring to the attention of your carrier. Most carriers have service centers (not just retail centers or mall kiosks) that you can have someone check for you.
In some cases, it may be a phone software issue, or a signal or network issue. The carrier (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, etc) tech should be able to assist on this.
Just got a Samsung Reality (SCH-u820) and I really like it.
However, there is a problem when establishing the preferred lists. I really want to be able to send pictures from my phone to my facebook account. I am already able to update my status from the communities application on the phone. But, when I try to upload a picture from the phone, I select the picture, input my FB login and password, and click verify. It then says: "The service is not available at this time. Please resubmit your request later."
I've waited several days and this still will not work. Besides, why would it allow me to update my status but not upload pictures, since they seem to be part of the same application.
Thanks for any help!
