Warrant is crap

This company has crappy warranty service. If you buy something and it breaks don't expect to get any help. I bought an induction range for 1,400 dollars thinking top of the line should have no issues. One weekend cooking a big family dinner I hear sizzling under my boiling pot. Once I removed the pot I see there are small glass fragments and divots in my cook top. I called for a warranty replacement. They say it looks like I damaged it and the warranty does not cover that. I say wait one second all I did was boil water on your stove. So moral of the story don't boil water on a 1,400 dollar Samsung stove it can't handle it. I will never purchase Samsung's crappy appliances again.
