I didn't check if they all use the same computer.

There are many parts not available there but SearsParts did have more parts than Samsungparts. My bet is that Sears has a better service system than the maker. Let's hear from Sam on this.
Bob
I am a proud owner of a group of Samsung appliances. I stand behind Samsung's product because I thought Samsung stand behind their product. Until this evening I really thought that.
My oven stopped working after I ran it through a cleaning cycle. I called for service and a Sears repair service came and diagnosed the oven computer is bad. Went KAPUT after a little less than 6 years. He recommended that a new oven computer be ordered from SAMSUNG. After a brief chat with the Samsung Cust. service representative, he informed us that the oven computer we inquired is no longer available. Then the Sears service rep charged me $76 for the trip charge. I paid for this because it was the right thing to do. I asked for service and service was rendered. Sears did what I asked them to do.
My disappointment is with Samsung for not properly providing adequate support for a product they designed, tested, created, and mass produced. I paid a lot of money for my stove, because I thought Samsung would stand behind their product. Please do the right thing and tell me where I can go to get some answers. I look forward to your response.
My SAMSUNG Range INFO:

Thanks You.
