Is becoming a joke now have sent the thing back twice for other faults and cheap bits of plastic breaking, now I have a problem with it overheating then completely shutting down.
I've been through the bios and checked all that it's perfectly fine, don't need to check any of the system files or drivers as I had to put XP back on after a virus destroyed everything lol.
I have installed all the required drivers and software from there support site and nothing seems to have made a difference, however if I wack my fan next to my laptop it runs fine likewise taking the charger out.
I have rang them up and they are going to book it in again but I just have that feeling that they are going to achieve nothing as I have tried numerous fixes.
Ideas, suggestions anything at all will be much appreciated
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
