Any Samsung representatives care to respond? I really would like to get some kind off help for this. The repair it self is going to cost me in the region of £200.
Hey All, I am really annoyed with this one.
I am from the UK and have been a loyal customer to Samsung for the last 10 years and never had the an issue until now.
After 1.5 years my Plasma has developed a black line across the bottom of the screen. This isnt a pair of shoes or something that will become deffective after such time.
I opened a call with Samsung (cust ref: 211517229
to see if they will help. Would they? Absolutely not....!!!
A 12 month warranty is not even worth it....shows what confidence they have in their own products.
Is there anything i can do? or someone that can help? Is there a customer relations team in the UK?
