Samsung needs to learn how to have patience, from TV to mobile device, I have more than 10 issues, they prefer to realized the products without full test thinking if issues comes back, one update or piece change, it fix it all. guess what, I am one of your 30000 costumers that would not be using Samsung product's again, that's for sure, changed my phone to iphone, happy about it, and changed my led tv with screwed hdmi ports to sony, not coming back,thats for sure, and like me, there is tons of costumers with the same issues, why have a costumer support if the owner does not care, why should I spend money in something that is not tested, so that I can return to the shop 20 times unti gets fixed, do you Samsung thinks I have the tome in the world to get by your needs. last bye,
