Samsung PN63C8000 is obsolete!

<span id="INSERTION_MARKER"> <span style="font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 15px; ">So it has recently come to my attention
that the 63 inch Plasma 3D TV I bought 8 months ago is now obsolete! Now, I am
used to technology upgrading every year and thats fine, but Samsung went and
changed the whole technology of their 3D which now makes mine incompatible with
any of the new technology! They switched to a bluetooth emitter from the RF
emitter in mine. Smart change, except for screwing over all the early adopters
who bought their 2010 models! They are no longer producing any technology for my
model so I am stuck with what we have now. So I call and talk to them for about
45 mins working my way to the supervisors supervisor only to be told by him. We
can not help you. We have no plans to upgrade your tv to the new technology and
no plans to put out new products for your television. So basically thanks for
being an early adopter and getting our new tech out there now go away we are
done with you, thanks for your money! All this makes me pretty upset so I turn
to social networking to get this out there. Now you know not to buy anything
new from Samsung because they might also screw you over!<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
