I have a X427 Samsung on Cingular and the phone seems to be quite good. I've never had a problem with the phone.
Anyone use any Samsungs on Verizon? Do you like/dislike them? Thanks.

I have the Samsung a650 for Verizon Wireless and I like the reception on them a lot better than my old Motorola 120c, and any Motorola phone that's out there. It's tri-mode, which I need when I travel a lot in non-Verizon territories, especially Alltel in Michigan. The only 2 things I don't like about the phone are: no external display to see who's calling and if the antenna needs to be replaced, the phone must be taken apart to replace instead of unscrewing the base like you can with some phones. Otherwise it's a good phone. I haven't had battery issues with mine like some people have on this board.
I have the samsung SCH A530 phone on verizon, and I love it. I don't even remember having a dropped call since I have had the phone. The reception quality is excellent. The only problem is that if I'm on the phone longer than 20 or 30 consecutive minutes it will get a little hot. But I don't think all samsung phones do that. I higly recommend my phone.
