We bought a Samsung phone and within a year it stopped working... Now the Samsung care says that since it is over a year, they cannot help.
I highlight this issue to Samsung care when my phone was in warranty, and they fixed it. However within a week the phone stopped working again, and in tre same week my warranty got over. Now they say it is not under warranty. I got this phone last June. Is this the kind of product you build which stops working in 14 months.
This is really bad product and on top of that bad customer service. I'm going to tweet about this experience As well as highlight this in other forum.
If there is some Samsung can do to help here, would be greatly appreciated. I can provide bill details and address of samsung care if required.
