Samsung PC Share Manager help about Set Changed State

Does Samsung PC Share Manager have an automatic update of "Set Changed State" or do I have to always press that button when I have a new movie in a subfolder of the folder thats already shared?

A refresh is always recommended when you add new files.

i found a new method...

dont really need to use pc share manager since i have windows 7...i just put my movies in C:\Users\Public\Videos and it automatically shows on the tv. no need to hassle about the "set changed state" in the laggy program.
