On Jan 1st I won Gear 360 by playing Samsung pay Instant Win game. I received the code to claim my reward. But when I tried to claim reward, it was an expired code. i tried several times but no luck.
I reported to Samsung customer support on same day and till date no resolution to it. Does it really take a company to resolve a matter so much time.. it's more then 60 days.
Does Samsung really care about consumer? It was an emotional win for me as it was a win on a new year.
Come on Samsung show some sensitivity toward customer.
