#Samsung Pathetic Appliances

I bought Samsung 55 inches led TV in January 2018 my TV is still in warranty but Samsung pathetic service centre team denied repair my TV there is no physical damage on my TV but still they denied to repair what a pathetic service I ever seen they want to claim money from the customer's that's what they denied to repair my TV minor scratches which is made by the Samsung executive when he tried to open my TV that time he made that scratch on my display now he is saying we are not able to repair the TV because warranty is void because of the minor scratch which scratch made by the Samsung executive itself they are completely cheating on the customers so many products I bought from the Samsung but never ever buy any product from the Samsung Samsung very pathetic company I ever scene Samsung completely don't provide customer service at all my TV is very expensive Samsung is trying to cheat me my TV is in warranty if anyone can provide me any solution how to contact with to higher authority of Samsung I want to contact them very very bad customer service in India of Samsung
