Samsung P2770H 27 LCD Monitor will not turn back on

I just purchased a refurbished P2770H monitor. Tonight it has been turning itself off and will not turn back on until I unplug it. Sometimes it takes three times. Anyone have a idea what might be going on?

Also, how does this 90 day refurbished warranty work. I tried to place a case on the Samsung site and it would not allow me to enter it.
