Question

Samsung P2370HD Unable to use Native Resolution

Sep 9, 2016 4:09PM PDT

When I select 1920 by 1080 by desktop extends beyond the physical limits of the monitor screen size. This happened inadvertently following adjustment of settings in the remote menu. I have had this happen before but have been able to go back into menu settings but now the kind of settings I am looking for don't seem to be available This happens on all operating systems and regardless of which type of cable HDMI-HDMI or DVI-HDMI I use. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Check that manual on how to turn that off.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, all that is available is 16:9 and 4:3. The others are greyed out.
