Samsung oven loses temp

Aug 15, 2017 11:48AM PDT

We have a Samsung Chef Series slide-in induction that has never worked properly. It is less than a year old and we have been fighting with Samsung for months now. A repair guy came to the house and literally began fighting on the phone with the Samsung tech telling him it wasn't working but the Samsung tech decided it was. There is no logic behind it, no explanation, nothing.
Now, despite the fact that the repairman who was actually inside my house working on the oven, wrote a report that the oven would not calibrate to the proper temperature, Samsung refuses to try any repairs. They won't replace any temperature sensor, won't replace any computer parts, won't even come to my house for a second diagnosis.
After all of this back and forth, we received a voicemail saying we'd finally be issued a check for $3k to cover the purchase price. We called back only to be told there were "no notes" in our file about that. We were sent back to the beginning. They tell us to get a refund, they need to come out to the house again to replace some parts. We said fine. Then Samsung canceled the appointment saying they could not come because the unit has already been deemed to be working "within manufacturer's specifications". We made two more attempts at appointments and those too were canceled by Samsung.
So what gives? They won't fix without a second diagnosis but are refusing to complete that.
HELP!
