I am planning to buy a Samsung laptop (Q320) here in Canada, but when I searched for the service and warranty terms on the Samsung Canada website, the site stated that it was unavailable. Then, I went on to the American version and there, found some details on the warranty of the same notebook.
Would the same terms apply in Canada as in the US and if not, where would I be able to find the correct corresponding terms? Also, what is the process like if and when there is a problem with my Samsung computer and I need to send it back to the company? Lastly, does Samsung provide any extended warranty of their own?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
