I bought the phone on Sept.10 along with the genuine Samsung cover from our local Verizon Store. After 10 days the cover created two tiny fissures on the glass and those have now turned into divets and the cracks are getting longer. I've been on phone w Samsung since Monday morning. I've been placed on hold for over 40 minutes at a time and each time each person is the hightest level of customer service until you ask for their Representative number. I've tweeted, written to the BBB, Consumer Complaints and even tweeted, fb'd and email the Office of the President of Samsung. I'm so upset with the lack of support because I've always loved my Samsung phones....right up until I've had my first dealing with customer support.
