Samsung Note2 voice call echo issue

When I receive or make a call people on the other end of the line hear a echo of themselves...cant hear it my self but everyone is complaining about it..like the person who im on the phone too..I tried by removing the covers. But still the problem exists. Can you pls let me know how to solve this issue.
