There are a few note 2's so I can't do that for you. Samsung is in the news too about botching this so don't think it's you. Once you check their site, call it in. Don't lose more of your time.

I updated my wife's note 2 to android 4.3 yesterday. It's having a problem where the screen turns on for no apparent reason every few minutes and then turns off. I've tried to mess with some of the settings to see if I could figure out how to stop it, but it doesn't seem to be working. Does any one have any suggestions? Thanks.
