Samsung NO HELP

This Samsung TV is a LEMON & Samsung will not support their own Extended Warranty.

PLEASE HELP!

I have been trying to work out an accommodation with Samsung, the manufacture of my 4K (UHD) Television. There have been many issues with this television (model no. UN65F9000AFXZA, Serial no. Z7YK3CBF200183V). I have many trouble calls and times when a part was just replaced because it did not work upon delivery. I am at my wits end and cannot understand why Samsung hides behind there Extended Warranty arrangement with another company when clearly their television is a LEMON! I spent $4,500.00 to get the best TV and got nothing but problems. I cannot go on, this time it has been over a month without the TV. PLEASE, PLEASE, help me!

Samsung does not live up to their warranty!

In reply to: Re: Samsung

This Samsung 4K TV wasn't 4K and it has been a LEMON. WORSE, Samsung doesn't honor their Warranty.

I keep getting told that the Samsung Protection Plus extended warranty is NOT a Samsung warranty but an Assurant warranty and they won't do anything to help.

I have been trying to work out an accommodation with Samsung, the manufacture of my 4K (UHD) Television. There have been many failures over the last year + with this television (model no. UN65F9000AFXZA, Version no. UD03, Serial no. Z7YK3CBF200183V).

You may have a leg to stand on as to 4K

In reply to: Samsung does not live up to their warranty!

"DCI 4K should not be confused with ultra-high-definition television (UHDTV) AKA "UHD-1", which has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 "
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4K_resolution

So that alone should be enough to start a return request.

Sorry no.

I thought that you could ask the seller to start the return process since it's not "4K." I supplied a wiki link so you would show that to them as proof.

Since I didn't sell this to you, I can't do much about it.
