In the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG
I have purchased this Samsung N 150 Plus notebook, that as I tried to restore to Initial Status (factory setting) would restore windows quickly. It would not however go through the normal process of Complete Restoration involving choosing the language -> setting time/date -> asking to set a password, plus multiply restarts of Windows along the process.
I know it should all this as I have another N 150 Plus, purchased new, that I have been using for number of years and have restored to Initial Status many times. What is most annoying however, is that it restores the Windows with the username and password of the previous user. That I can change afterwords, and even delete. But I just was the laptop of recover completely, so I may make it truly my own.
I wonder where all that information about of previous user is held?
It is possible to modify the system reserve of about 20 GB, normally inaccessible? Might someone have modified the registry!
