Question

Samsung model UN65HU8550FXZA fan malfunction error message

I returned home from vacation to have my TV tell me that the fan was malfunctioning and it would turn itself off to prevent damage...I have been trying to get Samsung to repair with no success...Has anyone else had this fan problem and if so how was it corrected???

In the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG.

In the lower 48 states I've yet to see Samsung not arrange for repair.

Is there more to the story such as you want a free out of warranty repair?
